Bill’s is open 24 hours a day because Bill and Faye wanted to give second and third shift workers a place to stop as they came off work or before going to work. That tradition continues at Bill’s, as we are one of the few places left in the Miami Valley where you can stop in, anytime of the day or night, to grab a donut, pastry, and a cup of coffee.
At Bill’s, freshness and variety are the name of the game. We offer over 30 different kinds of the freshest, never frozen, donuts throughout the year, with seasonal treats like pumpkin cake donuts in the fall, and strawberry cake donuts in the summer. We also offer muffins, turnovers, fritters, danish, cookies, fruit sticks, churros, and brownies. All made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 51 weeks a year (we close for a week every year between Christmas and New Year’s to give our tremendous staff time off to spend with their families and friends over the holidays), by over 20 bakers who combined have nearly 200 years of experience working at Bill’s.
